The first shops in Gallima come through you.

  • Visit shops ward by ward: momo pasal, kirana, tailor, mobile centre.
  • Help owners set up their page: photos, hours, phone, first offer.
  • Go back a week later. Check the stamp terminal works and answer questions.

Fits you if you know the chowks of Chitwan and people actually stop to talk to you.

  • Sign up lodges and homestays for direct booking, no middleman.
  • Bring cafés and craft sellers in, with photos that do them justice.
